WhatsApp Business API by Technologiahub is operated by Technologiahub from 13 Fan Road, Mall Road, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WhatsApp Business API by Technologiahub.

Who This Site Is For, and Children

Our website and services are built for businesses, such as call centers, ecommerce stores and hotels. They are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us at Support@WhatsAppBusinessAPI.pk. We will delete it promptly.

Information We Collect

We collect two kinds of information: details you give us directly, and technical details collected automatically when you browse.

Information you give us:

  • Your name, company name, job role and business email address
  • Phone number, WhatsApp number and Telegram handle, if you share them
  • The product you are interested in and any message you write in our contact or demo forms
  • Billing and payment details if you become a customer, handled through our payment providers

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, device type and operating system
  • Internet service provider
  • Date and time of each visit, pages viewed and time spent on them
  • The page or link that referred you to us

How We Collect It

We receive information when you fill in a contact, demo or sales form, start a chat through the WhatsApp button on our site, email or call us, or sign up for updates. Technical details are recorded through server log files, cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

WhatsApp and Meta Data

Our services run on the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is operated by Meta Platforms. When you use our platform, message content, phone numbers and call data pass through Meta’s systems so that messages and calls can be delivered. Meta processes that data under its own terms and privacy policy, which you can read at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/business-policy.

WhatsApp Business API by Technologiahub is an independent provider. We are not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

For customers, we process the conversations and contacts in your account only to provide the service you signed up for. You remain responsible for having your own customers’ consent to receive WhatsApp messages and calls from you.

Cookies on This Site

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use them to keep the site working, remember your preferences and measure how visitors use our pages.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Some parts of the site, such as forms, may not work properly without them.

Pixels, Tags and Similar Tools

  • As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, in which case your information would remain covered by this policy

Emails and Marketing Messages

If you agree to receive updates, we may send you news about WhatsApp PBX features, guides on using WhatsApp for business, and occasional offers. In line with the CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws, every marketing email includes our business address and a clear way to unsubscribe. We will never send marketing messages to your WhatsApp number without your permission.

Opting Out

You can stop marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to Support@WhatsAppBusinessAPI.pk. To stop WhatsApp updates, reply STOP or tell us in the chat. Service messages about an active account, such as billing or security notices, will continue while you are a customer.

Your Rights in the EU and UK (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification: ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
  • Erasure: ask us to delete your data
  • Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data

We respond to verified requests within one month, and no later than the 45 days the CCPA allows.

We handle personal data in line with the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information using the contact details below.

How We Protect Your Data

We use reasonable, industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls and trusted hosting. No method of storing or sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry and demo details for as long as needed to follow up with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact. Customer account data is kept for the length of the contract and as long afterward as tax, accounting or legal rules require. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. Comments, if any are left on the site, are kept indefinitely so follow-up replies can be moderated and approved.

Comments and Social Media

If you leave a comment on our site, your name, the comment and your IP address are stored, and your name and comment may appear publicly. When you interact with WhatsApp Business API by Technologiahub on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube or other social networks, those platforms’ own privacy policies apply to what you share there.

Links to Other Websites
